PAYMENT 
For your convenience, Tatum and Walker will handle filing the bill for your services with the appropriate insurance company. With their help, our office will provide you with a cost estimate based on your specific insurance and treatment plans. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this policy or your specific cost estimate. 

All patients are required to pay the full cost estimate on the day of treatment through one of our accepted methods of payment:
